PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
-Please allow 1-2 days for all orders to process. Once orders all processed, please allow 2-8 days for delivery. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Shipping fees will be adding to your total at the end of checkout. Shipping fee is weighed & based on USPS shipping rate.
-Queen Leen is not responsible for ANY lost items. If there is a problem with shipping or you order says delivered but you have not received it yet, please contact USPS. A free pick up option is also available. (This will change after 2023) Pickups are on Saturdays only!
-If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
-WE DO NOT DELIVER! ALL SALES ARE FINAL !!!!
- Orders are shipped out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, unless said otherwise by the owner. Shipping days do not include weekends or holidays.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
Queen Leen's Boutique LLC does not have a return/refund/exchange policy at the moment!! Once an order is placed, you can no longer cancel an order or be refunded. If you feel like there is a problem or issue with your order on our end, then feel free to email us with your first and last name along with your order number. Thank You! Due to COVID 19, there are also no exchanges! Are sales are final!
Unless I am doing a pop up shop or event, I no longer accept outside payments such as cash app. You must purchase on my website.
